MOSCOW, August 24. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in a phone conversation with his US counterpart John Kerry on Wednesday called on Washington to caution Kiev against any provocations and encourage the authorities’ dialogue with Donbass, the Foreign Ministry said.
"Lavrov urged the United States to use its influence on Kiev to warn it against provocations and encourage dialogue with Donbass and implement all the accords enshrined in the Minsk Package of measures and in the framework of the Normandy Quartet’s activity," the ministry said.
