MOSCOW, August 18. /TASS/. Moscow regards contacts with Turkey over Syria as constructive and positive, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has told a news briefing.
"We used to say that we had disagreements over Syria," Zakharova said. Now the two countries have begun "to work over Syria in a concrete way and in detail."
"We regard this work as constructive and positive," Zakharova said.
At the same time she confessed that the "disagreements cannot be overcome overnight."
"The disagreements are considerable, work on them is in progress and we see it as constructive and promising," Zakharova said. "It will be continued at different forums and in various formats."
