The Russian top diplomat says the number of Ukrainian armed forces deployed along the line of engagement in Donbass is growing

BAKU, August 8. /TASS/. Moscow is alarmed by Ukraine’s growing military activities in Donbass, which run counter to the Minsk agreements, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday.

"Russia is alarmed to see the growing number of Ukrainian armed forces deployed along the line of engagement in Donbass," he said. "The current outburst of Ukraine’s military activities runs counter to the spirit and the letter of the Minsk agreements."
