MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. Work to convene a ministerial meeting of the Normandy Four format (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine) continues, but there are no concrete plans, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Friday.
The latest Normandy Four meeting at the foreign ministerial level was held in Berlin on May 11. Several agreements on concrete moves towards strengthening security in Donbass were reached at it.
