MOSCOW, July 25. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi have discussed preparations for the G20 summit to be held in China this fall, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of a ministerial meeting of the East Asia Summit in Vientiane.
"The issues of Russian-Chinese cooperation and international and regional agenda, including bilateral cooperation in Asian regional organizations and the situation in Northeast Asia, were discussed," the ministry said.
The foreign ministers paid special attention to the upcoming G20 summit, which will be held in China this fall.
