Lavrov-Kerry talks continue more than 4 hours

MOSCOW, July 15. /TASS/. The talks of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry in Moscow have been going on for more than four hours.

The parties reportedly expected to discuss the situation in Syria, the joint fight against terrorism and efforts to resolve the Ukrainian crisis during the meeting that began at 10am Moscow Time.

On Thursday, Kerry was received by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Kerry said ahead of his meeting with Lavrov that the talks with the president were open and serious.
