Answering a TASS question on whether it is possible to implement the Minsk Agreements in the remaining time, Peskov said: "The Ukrainian side in fact still stalls on implementing the agreements, but there is not alternative rather than to follow the outlined provisions."
The Kremlin spokesman stressed that "there is currently no other basis for settling the intra-Ukrainian conflict."
Russia and other countries of the "Normandy Quartet" agree that there are no alternatives to implementing the Minsk Agreements, he noted. "Talking about the ways of settlement, it seems rather unequivocal in how it was written in the Minsk Agreements, under which known signatures were put," he concluded.
