Russia, Singapore agree to cooperate in culture, science

MOSCOW, May 19. /TASS/. Russia and Singapore have agreed to develop cooperation in the spheres of culture and science, according to the agreements made by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and his Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsien Loong after bilateral talks.

The memorandum on mutual understanding between the Russian Culture Ministry and Singaporean Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth was signed in the presence of the heads of governments. The Russian Academy of Sciences and Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University also signed a memorandum on mutual understanding.
