MOSCOW, March 28. /TASS/. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday he has no idea about the contents of the red suitcase that US Secretary of State John Kerry brought for last week’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

"I don’t know. This is not our issue. This is most likely a question for the delegation of the Secretary of State or for him," Peskov told reporters responding to a respective question.

The Russian president showed interest in the suitcase at the meeting with Kerry on March 24. Opening the meeting with the top US diplomat, Putin said he was intrigued. Kerry promised to say what was inside the suitcase at the one-on-one meeting. The US Secretary of State told reporters that the content of the suitcase was "a secret between president Putin and me."
