GENEVA, March 19. /TASS/. The position of the Hmeimin Group of opposition on Syria's future seems constructive, and the United Nations should consider it, Russia's Ambassador to the UN and other international representations in Geneva Alexey Borodavkin told TASS on Saturday.
The diplomat also praised the position of the Syrian governmental delegation at the talks in Geneva.
"We believe, the position of official Damascus' delegation at the talks with the opposition in Geneva also deserves positive comments, as it gives reasons to continue the talks in a positive direction," he said.
"We also support the ideas and suggestions, which were voiced during the contacts with de Mistura by our counterparts at the so-called Moscow Group Qadri Jamil and Randa Kassis," he said.
