GROZNY, February 23. /TASS/. Head of the North Caucasus' Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov published on his social network page a report on the situation in the republic planned to be presented by the opposition’s PARNAS later on Tuesday.
"Representatives of the PARNAS party have written much about some report called "Threat to National Security," it was announced as some sensational material," Kadyrov wrote on Instagram. "Today, the authors plan to present it to reporters in Moscow as a sensation. We are publishing it here now, so that anyone could read it prior to the news conference."
He put links on his page, also published the report and called it chatter.
"My attitude to this one-man show is expressed in publishing this work," he wrote about the report of PARNAS’ head Ilya Yashin. "We do not know what chatter will be further on, but the written text contains nothing but chatter.".
