MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. The Russian government has approved a draft law on changing the criteria for granting citizenship of the Russian Federation to foreign citizens - individual entrepreneurs for submission to the State Duma, according to the official Government website.
The document includes simplification of the existing order. As a basic requirement instead of annual revenue - at least 10 mln rubles ($130,594) for individuals working in Russia for at least 3 years, the draft law suggests amount of annual taxes paid by individuals - at least 1 mln rubles ($13,059) for at least 3, based on expected revenues of 10 bln rubles ($130,594). This approach allows to take into account the amount of taxes paid in all tax regimes.
