Medvedev calls allocation of budget funds in year’s end "outrageous"

GORKI, February 11. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said "it was outrageous" to allocate budget funds in the end of the year.

"Over the years, budget allocations are distributed only at the end of the year. That’s outrageous," - he said speaking at a meeting on the effectiveness of budget spending.

"If something like this repeats this year, it is obvious that everyone who was involved in preparation of those documents, regardless of their rank and title, will face a disciplinary punishment," - the Prime Minister said.
