MOCOW, February 10. /TASS/. A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry is planned on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told the Rossiya 24 TV channel on Wednesday.
"It is important now not to lose an emerging trend, to review the list of the issues that need to be resolved to make the process [of the Syrian settlement - TASS] more dynamic," she said. "I think the meetings at the Munich conference will be dedicated to this. As you know, the Russian foreign minister is travelling there, there will be meetings in the Vienna format and bilateral meetings with colleagues."
"Meetings with both John Kerry and other Western partners are planned," Zakharova added.
The meeting of the International Syria Support Group is due to be held in Munich on February 11, and events within the Munich Security Conference will be held on February 12-14.
