MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who chairs the United Russia ruling party, is expected to speak at a party congress Saturday.

Medvedev will outline his vision of the current situation in the country and tasks facing United Russia members in the pre-election period.

The two-day forum, which is the first stage of the pre-election congress of United Russia, kicked off in Moscow on February 5. Its agenda in particular includes preparation of the main points of the party’s election program.
