MOSCOW, February 4. /TASS/. Developing the new doctrine of Russia’s informational security may be completed by the end of 2016, adviser at the Russian Security Council Dmitry Gribkov said on Thursday.
"We said a year ago that we plan to prepare the new doctrine, and the year did no pass in vain. Preparing a doctrine had to be linked to developing national security strategy. I hope that we will complete this work this year by joint efforts," Gribkov told the forum on informational security "Infoforum-2016."
