MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. Activity of foreign organizations and private individuals aimed at instigating the 'color revolutions' poses one of the biggest threats to Russia's state security, says the Strategy for National Security of the Russian Federation that President Vladimir Putin signed on Thursday.
The document says, among other things, that the factors constituting the threat to Russia's security included "the activity of radical associations and groupings utilizing the ideologies of nationalism and religious extremism, the activity of international and foreign nongovernmental organizations, financial and economic institutions and private individuals targeting the unity and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, destabilizing the internal political and social situation, instigating the 'color revolutions' and destroying traditional Russian spiritual and moral values."
The list of main threats to state security also mentions the activity of foreign spy services, extremist organizations and criminal groupings, propagation of extremist ideas and corruption.
