MOSCOW, December 18. /TASS/. Russian parliamentarians maintain readiness for dialogue with the parliaments of the European countries, including the Verkhovna Rada, Chairman of the Federation Council upper house International Affairs Committee Konstantin Kosachev told head of the European Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee Elmar Brok on Friday.
"I would like to confirm once again that, even in these difficult conditions, we have always maintained readiness for direct contacts and dialogue," the senator said. He added that this concerned "both contacts with the European Parliament and national European parliaments in the EU member-countries and the parliaments of other countries, including Ukrainian."
