MOSCOW, December 15. /TASS/. The United States makes no effort to secure the compliance with the Minsk agreements by Kiev. The issue will be discussed during a meeting of the top diplomats of Russia and the United States, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Tuesday.

"Undoubtedly, we will discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine," he said. "We see that the US Administration, despite the obvious facts and manifestations of a destructive approach, in fact, the sabotage of the Minsk agreements by Kiev, makes no effort to exert pressure on its clients there."

"All talk that the Ukrainian leadership is constrained in its political maneuvers due to some internal circumstances is not an argument for us," he went on to say. "To a large extent, it is no secret to anyone that it is the United States that has a decisive effect on mindsets in the Ukrainian leadership."
