NICOSIA, December 2. /TASS/. Cyprus and Russia see eye-to-eye on the need to fully implement the Minsk agreements, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday following talks with his Cypriot counterpart Ioannis Kasoulides.

"We discussed the situation in Ukraine. We are unanimous in the need to fully implement the Minsk agreements," Lavrov noted.

"If someone had doubts as to what the sequence of steps to achieve this goal was, these doubts were dispelled at the meeting of the "Normandy Four" leaders in Paris on October 2, where it was agreed very clearly what should be done, above all, by the authorities in Kiev," the minister said.
