NICOSIA, December 2. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding talks with Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades.
Opening the meeting, Russia’s top diplomat noted that he was glad to visit Nicosia on the 55th anniversary of Cyprus’s independence.
The agenda of Lavrov’s visit includes talks with the country’s Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulidis and head of the Cypriot Orthodox Church Archbishop Chrysostomos II.
