MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will visit Cyprus on December 1-2, the Russian foreign ministry said on Monday.

The agenda will include discussions of relations between Russia and the EU, the situation in the Cyprus settlement and of the situation around Syria. Lavrov will have a meeting with Cyprus’s President Nicos Anastasiades and with other state officials.

"The Russia-Cyprus relations develop in the atmosphere of traditional friendship and mutual sympathy, which was confirmed during the visit to Russia of the Republic’s President Nicos Anastasiades and his talks with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin in February," the ministry said.

The trade turnover in 2014 made $653.3 million and declined by 66.8% year-on-year.
