MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Russia’s State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin is due to arrive in Romania on a working visit Friday, the official website of the lower house of parliament has said.
Naryshkin will take part in the ceremony of handing over the chairmanship-in-office of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) from Romania’s parliament to Russia’s national legislature, the Federal Assembly.
The ceremony in Romania’s capital Bucharest will take place as part of the 46th General Assembly of the PABSEC. The BSEC is an international economic organization of the countries from the wider Black Sea area.
