MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Russian Defense Ministry is restoring contacts with defense ministries of European countries and it especially stresses the role played in the process by the Defense Ministry of Switzerland, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said Wednesday.
He said it upon the end of consultations on armaments, disarmament and nonproliferation of the weapons of mass destruction.
"Consultations in Geneva have shown our partners are getting deeper and deeper convinced that none of the problems in the field of regional and global security can be resolved without Russia’s participation," Antonov said.
"This applies in an equal measure to struggle with terrorism or to the shaping up of a new architecture of security in Europe," Antonov said.
