MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. No talks are being held on Russia’s participation in the operation against the Islamic State (IS) terrorist organization, banned in Russia, on the territory of Iraq, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mariya Zakharova said Thursday.
"Regarding potential or available addresses on the part of certain Iraqi organizations or persons in Iraq, who address the Russian side with an appeal, there is a clear rule: there should be an official address," Zakharova underscored.
"No such addresses have been received, all the rest is polemics unfolding in the country. No talks are being held on that issue," she said.
