MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. Kiev continues to impede the implementation of the Minsk agreements, chairman of the lower house of the Russian parliament, the State Duma, Sergey Naryshkin said on Friday.
"Although the ceasefire regime is generally observed and a new stage of withdrawal of weapons from the contact line has begun, the implementation of the Minsk agreements continues to be hampered in its political legislative part. And it is hampered by Kiev," the speaker told the meeting of the working group on the legal analysis of legislative procedures and legal acts passed in Ukraine.
