UN, September 28. /TASS/. Russia-Cuba intergovernmental commission will take place in the near future, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Cuban counterpart Raul Castro on Monday.
"We have lots of interesting promising projects in energy, engineering, space," Putin said. "In each of these areas we can obtain great results. In the near time intergovernmental commission should take place."
The president noted he was glad to meet Raul Castro and to discuss all the issues.
Cuban president said that the relations of the two states were good and "will be strengthening."
