MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to meet on Friday with the permanent members of the country’s Security Council and with the head of Rosatom civilian nuclear power corporation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.
"Vladimir Putin will hold a prompt meeting with the Security Council members in Moscow," Peskov told reporters.
The talks with the nuclear giant’s CEO, Sergey Kiriyenko, will focus on the issues concerning the nuclear power sphere, employment and cutting-edge technologies.
The meeting will be timed to the 70th anniversary of Russia’s nuclear power sphere to be celebrated on September 28.
