MOSCOW, March 28. /TASS/. The Russian side is not participating in consultations on the Ukrainian settlement at the level of security advisers recently mentioned by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"No, there are no Russian advisers," he told reporters, replying to a question on the matter.

He added that peace is possible at any time.
