Russia, Morocco agree to hold intergovernmental commission meeting next year — Lavrov

The top Russian diplomat added that the sides discussed fulfillment of agreements reached earlier between the Russian President and the King of Morocco

MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Russia and Morocco reached an agreement to hold a meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation in early 2024, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after talks with his Moroccan counterpart Nasser Bourita.

"We agreed to organize the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation early next year," Lavrov said.

Fulfillment of agreements reached earlier between the Russian President and the King of Morocco were discussed during talks, he added.
