Also, it is reported that two men, born in 1958 and 1959, and two women, born in 1981 and 1999, were wounded

LUGANSK, January 23. /TASS/. A girl aged about two was killed in a Ukrainian shelling attack on the city of Kremennaya in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) on January 21, Andrey Marochko, an officer with the LPR People’s Militia, told TASS on Monday.

According to him, Ukrainian forces stationed in the Kremennaya area are actively using electronic warfare to suppress all types of communication, which is why news about a toddler killed by shelling came "only now."
