KAZAN, May 19. /TASS/. Russia will work to resume flights with Georgia, Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin told TASS on Thursday.

"Hopefully, we will work in this direction," he said.

Karasin noted that before the pandemic, the parties were extremely close to resuming air traffic. "Unfortunately, coronavirus prevented this. Let's hope that the situation will normalize now," he added.
