MOSCOW, April 30. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and the permanent members of the national Security Council have discussed the situation in Venezuela, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"The meeting’s participants paid much attention to the situation in Venezuela in light of the news about an attempted coup," he noted.
