Russian deputy prime minister to visit Iraq on April 24-25

MOSCOW, April 24. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov will visit Iraq on April 24-25 to meet with President Barham Salih, Borisov's press service said.

"The Russian-Iraqi commission on tradem economic and scientific-technical cooperation will take place in Baghdad. Borisov is co-chair from the Russian side, and he will take part in the commission's plenary session. He will also hold bilateral talks," the press service said.

Borisov will hold talks with Iraq's President Barham Salih and Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi.

"Moreover, talks with Iraq's Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Alhakim are also planned," the press service added.
