MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed by June 1 to present the concept of a new Russian Administrative Offense Code, the corresponding order was published on Saturday on the government web site.

"The Russian Ministry of Justice (A. Konovalov) together with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development (M. Oreshkin) with the participation of interested state authorities and expert organizations have been instructed to update and systematize the legal regulation in the field of administrative responsibility to prepare to the Government of the Russian Federation, the concept of the new code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses," the document says.
