The threat of militants moving from the Middle East to former Soviet countries via Afghanistan has grown, Russian Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said, addressing a conference on Middle East issues, organized by the Valdai Discussion Club.
