MOSCOW, January 14. / TASS /. Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Zimbabwe’s head of state Emmerson Mnangagwa on Tuesday, the Kremlin press service reported, adding that the Russian leader will also attend a meeting of the supervisory committee of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).

"During the negotiations with President Mnangagwa, who is currently on official visit to Moscow, the leaders will discuss the further development of relations between Russia and Zimbabwe as well as pressing international and regional issues," the press service told journalists.

As for the meeting with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, "plans are in store to sum up the agency’s work for 2018 and review new projects that the agency intends to implement in 2019-2021." "Among them are support for urban communities and their leaders, offering solutions to current problems regarding urban development, creating a digital platform to process entrepreneurs’ appeals as well as a framework to develop technological entrepreneurship nationwide," the press service specified.
