Yuri Ushakov failed to provide an exact time frame of future contacts

BUENOS AIRES, December 1. /TASS/. Representatives of the US administration have contacted Kremlin after the cancelled meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump, Kremlin Aide Yuri Ushakov stated, adding that they have decided to maintain working dialogue, including with US National Security Advisor John Bolton

"There have been contacts," Ushakov said. "Both sides have offered to maintain contact, including with Bolton himself," the aide informed, adding that the initiative for such contacts came from the US side.

However, Ushakov failed to provide an exact time frame of future contacts. "We don’t know," he said. "We have expressed our regret that [Russian and US presidents] didn’t get to talk in detail [during the summit]," Ushakov informed. "We will see how plans will be made in the future," he added.
