MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said he is unaware of the conditions for the return of the detained naval ships and sailors to Ukraine in the wake of the Kerch Strait incident.

"I cannot answer your question. I know nothing about any decisions made on the issue," he stressed when asked to comment on the conditions for returning these vessels and sailors to Kiev.

On November 25, three Ukrainian naval ships violated the current rules of passage from the Black Sea to the Sea of Azov. They illegally crossed the Russian state border, intruded into Russian territorial waters and carried out dangerous maneuvers. In defiance of repeated warnings and demands to stop, the Ukrainian ships continued risky maneuvers, which made Russian forces use weapons to compel them to stop.

All three ships were detained. Three Ukrainians injured in the incident were given medical assistance. Moscow described the incident as a provocation. A criminal case was opened over the violation of the Russian state border.
