OPCW now presents pitiful sight of politicization - Russian envoy

According to Alexander Shulgin, "all that is because of the British and American partners"

THE HAGUE, June 27. /TASS/. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), once a Nobel Peace Prize winner, now presents a pitiful sight of politicization and split because of the British and US partners, Russia’s Permanent Representative to that organization Alexander Shulgin said on Tuesday.

"Once a successful organization and a Nobel Peace Prize winner, the OPCW now presents a pitiful sight of politicization and split. And all that is because of the British and American partners," he said after the special session of the OSCW Conference of the States Parties that passed the UK-initiated draft resolution vesting the organization with the right to place responsibility for chemical attacks.
