New counter-sanctions bill aimed at protecting Russia’s economic interests, says diplomat

MOSCOW, April 28. /TASS/. Moscow needs tools to ensure that its economic interests are protected, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said in an exclusive interview with TASS.

When commenting on a new bill on counter-sanction, he said that "we can see some countries using the sanctions tool to achieve their political and economic goals."

According to Grushko, Moscow "is forced to create its own tools to ensure our economic interests are protected."
