MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. Moscow sees the agreements enshrined in the Panmunjom Declaration signed at the inter-Korean summit in a positive light and is prepared to contribute to efforts aimed at establishing practical cooperation between Seoul and Pyongyang, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"We see the agreements enshrined in the Panmunjom Declaration signed at the inter-Korean summit in a positive light," the ministry noted. "We are prepared to promote the establishment of practical cooperation between the DPRK and the Republic of Korea, including through the development of trilateral cooperation in the railway, electrical energy, gas and other sectors."
