Putin was asked whether he agreed with an opinion that Russia needed investments, including private Western investments

MOSCOW, April 25 (Itar-Tass) – Russian President Vladimir Putin told journalists after a nationwide Q & A session on Thursday that a stable political system was the main guarantee for attracting investments.

"The stability of our political system is the main guarantee for attracting investments,” Putin said, referring to China as an example.

Putin was also asked whether he agreed with an opinion that Russia needed investments, including private Western investments, and whether decreasing the role of manual management and lowering the degree of anti-Western rhetoric could contribute to attracting new investments.
