MOSCOW, May 25. /TASS/. The Roscosmos state corporation will be established in the second half of 2015, and the industry retooling will take 2-3 years, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

"We will establish a state corporation, I think, already in the second half of the year," Rogozin said.

He said this will make it possible to introduce "a totally different responsibility for results of work."

"We will move a number of heavy production lines eastwards. In particular, the assembly of Angara [carrier rocket] will take place not in Moscow, but in Omsk," the deputy premier said.

"We will probably need another 2-3 years to intensively technically retool the rocket and space industry," Rogozin said.
