MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. The first launch from the Vostochny cosmodrome is preliminarily scheduled for December 25, 2015, a source in the space rocket industry told TASS on Tuesday.

"As of today, the launch date is set for December 25. The date may later change insignificantly," the source said.

It was reported earlier that the first launch from the Vostonchy cosmodrome is scheduled for the end of 2015. The Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket with the Volga upper stage will go to space.
