In the WTA rankings published on Monday U.S. tennis star Serena Williams is ranked World No 1 and Victoria Azarenka of Belarus - World No 2.
Other four Russian tennis players improved their WTA rankings. Maria Kirilenko is ranked World No 18. Svetlana Kuznetsova moved to World No 20 position, Ekaterina Makarova is World No 23 and Elena Vesnina - World No 24.
Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova lost her World No 26 position, moving to World No 30.
