MOSCOW, January 01, 13:04 /ITAR-TASS/. Double Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva told Itar-Tass her all dreams came true in 2013.
“2013 was magic for me,” she said. “All my dreams and ambitions came true. However, it would have been impossible without the team, which was and remains by me at all the times. Those people were with me for the complicated three years of failures, disappointments and depressions. It is great to be on top and very painful to fall down. Getting back to feet is tough. But anyway 2013 was not complicated for me. It was an interesting year. I felt enough force to return to the top and did it. In 2014, I shall be out of sports and will spend most time to the family.”
Isinbayeva took a timeout in her career to make a family and plans to return to the sports in 2015.
