MOSCOW, December 26. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow's oldest central state department store GUM has been the showcase for the uniform Russian athletes will wear at the Sochi Winter Olympics.

Styles from apparel developer Bosco were presented by President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov, ice-hockey star Pavel Bure and Russian figure skater, 2009 world ice-dance champion Oksana Domnina.

"Sports equipment is important for a national team at the Olympics," Zhukov said. "The uniform not only unites competitors, coaches and fans, but it is also the face of our national team at the games. The most important thing is that the uniform should help members of the team feel comfortable."
