MOSCOW, October 28 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian government has told the heads of the Russian Sport, Finance and Justice Ministries to work out proposals on how to finance a program of preparations for the 2018 World Cup in 2014-2016 before November 1 this year. The decision was made at a meeting held on October 25.
Russian First Vice-Premier Igor Shuvalov will be the first to consider the proposals. He will later submit them to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Besides, it was decided to form a coordination council that will carry out preparations for the 2018 World Football Cup.
