TBILISI, October 12 (Itar-Tass) - President Mikhail Saakashvili said a presidential library would be built in Georgia.
“The library will keep materials and things related to the presidencies of Zviad Gamsakhurdia, Eduard Shevardnadze and Saakhashvili as well,” the Georgian president said.
“This will be a modern library, which will be connected to world libraries,” he said, adding, “Several hundreds of thousands of dollars are needed to build the library. We’ve started to build it jointly with my family.”
“After my presidential term expires I intend to visit several countries and meet potential investors. I believe that they show interest in this project,” Saakashvili noted.
